Cyrielle Jean

Cyrielle Jean joined Bloomberg Associates in November 2018. She conducts research, analysis and provides project management support for externally and internally facing special projects.

Cyrielle’s professional experience has focused on advancing women’s roles in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Before joining Bloomberg Associates, Cyrielle provided grants and program management support for the Women’s Economic Development initiative at Bloomberg Philanthropies. Prior to Bloomberg, she worked in the New York City Department of Small Business Services, where she advised and advocated for women-owned small businesses. She has worked on youth microfinance and women’s entrepreneurship projects in Haiti, the French West Indies and India.

Cyrielle holds a Master of Public Affairs in Urban Economic Development Policy from Columbia University. She is a graduate of Tufts University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She is an AmeriCorps alumna and serves on the board of the Harlem African Merchants Association.
