Jane Bartman joined Bloomberg Associates in October 2017. She provides analytic and research support for Bloomberg Associate city clients, developing and operationalizing recommendations to bolster service provision, reduce corruption vulnerabilities, and increase transparency. She brings expertise in data-driven analysis and geospatial data visualization, assisting clients to understand and synthesize geographic trends to support and inform actionable policy recommendations.
Prior to her work at Bloomberg Associates, she was an Engagement Manager in the San Francisco office of the Concord Group, an international real estate and land use consulting firm. While at Concord, she led numerous engagements on behalf of private and public sector clients, creating tailored deliverables to drive the highest and best use conclusions for planned development scenarios. Jane also has previous experience in journalism and editing, and has worked as an intern to Ana Marie Cox and at publications including the Chronicle of Higher Education and Encyclopedia Britannica.
Jane is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where she earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Geographical Studies and International Studies.
