Jennifer serves as the Strategy and Development lead for Bloomberg Associates. In this role, she helps to introduce cutting-edge technology, reduce costs, streamline operations, and increase productivity for the organization. In addition, Jennifer oversees the impact tracking efforts, reporting, and long-term data management strategy for the organization and tracks metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of Bloomberg Associates initiatives.

Jennifer is also a consultant on the Communications and Internal Management Practice where she partners with government agencies and city officials to re-organize staff reporting structures, foster communication, and collaboration, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Prior to joining Bloomberg Associates, Jennifer served as a Researcher at Global Strategy Group, where she crafted nationwide opinion polls and transmitted survey data into actionable recommendations – allowing corporate and political clients to develop public affairs campaigns, raise revenue, and understand their competitive landscape. In addition, Jennifer worked at Calvert Street Group, a Nashville based consulting firm, where she helped plan three county-level campaigns and coordinate canvassing opportunities for several Tennessee referendums.

Jennifer is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Managerial Studies. As an international relations student, Jennifer conducted field-research to uncover social and economic trends among Nashville immigrants and supported a study evaluating U.S. international relations and the escalation of international crises into war.

Jennifer serves on the Associate Board of Directors for the New York Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). In this role, Jennifer advocates and raises awareness for marginalized and underserved children, particularly Black, Hispanic, and LGBTQI, in foster care.
